I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room and appreciated the clean bathroom and firm mattress. The hotel had a convenient location near places we wanted to explore, which was a big plus. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. However, I did notice the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy late at night.

The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was clean and the bed comfy, but definitely avoid room 109 if you can. It's right by the front desk, so you hear everything. Coffee was decent in the morning and there are some cute little spots to grab a bite nearby. Just make sure to bring your own hand soap!

The queen room was cozy with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was spot on, close to subway and lots of food choices. Breakfast was just okay, more drinks would’ve been nice!

Tucked away on a quiet block, this hotel offers a perfect location with easy access to shops and public transit. The staff is incredibly accommodating, addressing any issues we faced, like changing our room due to AC problems. We enjoyed the comforting atmosphere of our cozy Queen Room and the great morning coffee and bagels. However, the bathroom's cleanliness left something to be desired, and we could have used more towels in the room.

Instead of fixing it, they propped up portable AC units with duct tape, causing noise. My pillow sat just inches from a loud unit. The room felt cramped too, barely fitting the bed. it worked for a night but might be an issue for longer stays.
