Straight facts, no fluff
Simple stay, friendly staff, and a reasonable location-although you'll need to walk a bit to the subway. Rooms are cozy but lack space for bags. Breakfast was just okay, and I wished for more coffee options. Perfect if you're on a budget and mainly need a bed for the night.

Staff is very very nice and you can park your car on site. The service is excellent, includes great parking. As we remember, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

It was just a good match for a brief stop-in in New York with excellent value for money. Had a nice early check-in after texting them on the way. Pro tip, check your messages regularly if you need anything during your stay.

Convenient location with friendly staff
I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room and appreciated the clean bathroom and firm mattress. The hotel had a convenient location near places we wanted to explore, a big plus. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I did notice the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy late at night.

The staff at The Baltic Hotel were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were fresh and modern with comfy beds. I loved starting my day with the morning coffee and cereal in the lobby lounge, and their helpful suggestions for local coffee spots really enhanced my stay.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.

Cozy stay with friendly vibes
The staff was super nice and helpful. My room was clean and the bed comfy, but definitely avoid room 109 if you can. It's right by the front desk, so you hear everything. Coffee was decent in the morning and there are some cute little spots to grab a bite nearby. Just make sure to bring your own hand soap!

Tucked away on a quiet block, this hotel offers a perfect location with easy access to shops and public transit. The staff is accommodating, addressing any issues we faced, like changing our room due to AC problems. We enjoyed the comforting atmosphere of our cozy Queen Room and the great morning coffee and bagels. The bathroom's cleanliness left something to be desired, and we could have used more towels in the room.

I loved the ideal location near subway stations and dining options. The rooms felt cozy, perfect for a short stay. Morning coffee and pastries were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. But, I noticed the HVAC on the fourth floor has been broken for a while. Instead of fixing it, they propped up portable AC units with duct tape, causing noise. My pillow sat just inches from a loud unit. The room felt cramped too, barely fitting the bed. It worked for a night but might be an issue for longer stays.
